Domino's is hiring a mid-level General Manager for the location at 4030 Colorado Blvd. This is a full-time position based in Denver.

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores
• Ensure food, labor, and service goals are achieved
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews with the direct supervisor
• Work a minimum 50‑hour week with one day off and one on‑call day
• Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards
• Staff stores and train all team members
• Maintain repair and maintenance in all stores
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly
• Operate all stores at a minimum 4‑star level
• Perform Self OERs the first week of each period and implement appropriate corrections
• Complete evaluations and raises as needed and notify the D.O.
• Ensure all assignments, reports, and paperwork are submitted on time
• Maintain accurate and complete reports at the store level
• Adhere to all product and operational standards
• Follow safety and security procedures and keep equipment in working order
• Maintain store budgets
• Prepare and deliver school lunches within required standards
• Provide accurate and detailed accountability and maintain a clear paper trail
• Ensure all equipment is available and used correctly
• Perform inventory checks on each store monthly
• Use systems checklists, visit books, and ensure they are in place and used
