Job Summary

The Guest Experience Lead ensures all guests receive an exceptional in‑store experience. They provide technical product education, lead from the floor, drive store performance, give input on hiring and performance, and act as Supervisor on Duty.

Core Responsibilities
  • Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
  • Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring each guest receives technical product education and assisting guests when needed.
  • Act as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
  • Conduct preparation activities to ensure in‑store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout the shift.
  • Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
  • Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
  • Participate in the store’s hiring process: recruitment, selection, training, and onboarding.
  • Address team member performance and support ongoing learning by providing direct feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and recognition.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team by establishing supportive working relationships and engaging with team members to create a fun and productive environment.
Eligibility
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
Schedule & Availability
  • Work schedule varies by store needs.
  • Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • During peak times, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required.
Experience
  • 1 year of retail or customer‑experience work (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
Job Assets (Nice to have)
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience.
  • Food safety and/or liquor service certification (for experiential stores with food/beverage service).

Work Context

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $24.00 – $27.61/hour (subject to local minimum wage).
Target bonus
: $2.00/hour.
Total target base pay range
: $26.00 – $29.61/hour.
