Job Description

Domino's Pizza is hiring leaders for our Management Training Program. The role is designed for individuals with strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills, responsible for leading a store team.

As a store manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including:

• Cost control, inventory management, and cash control
• Customer relations and service standards
• Staffing and training of crew members
• Scheduling and adherence to operational procedures
• Marketing activities and store profitability

Additional duties:

• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Transportation to and from work
• Attendance and punctuality

Implement general job duties for store team members:

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients in the walk‑in cooler and work area
• Prepare products and process orders by phone and in‑person
• Maintain daily cleaning schedule for equipment and facility
• Accurate money handling and change making
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motor coordination with hands and feet; ability to manipulate kitchen tools
• Computer proficiency (keyboard, touchscreen)
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (for delivery roles)
• Ability to work long hours, including extended shifts and standing

• Stand, walk, and move for most of the shift
• Lifting up to 50 lb cases and carrying heavy ingredients
• Climbing stairs or ladders for occasional store maintenance
• Reaching above 72 in., bending, and handling hot surfaces up to 500 °F
• Driving for delivery: navigation, loading, and unloading of orders

• Operating in varying indoor temperatures (36 °F to 90 °F+)
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F
• Hot or cold surfaces that require careful handling
• Ambient and night vision required for delivery driving
