We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Cherry Creek in Denver, CO

As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will drive both sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and our physical stores.

• Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self‑accountability and act as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and peers in training associates and preparing them to engage customers effectively.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, from events and promotions to community projects.
• Manage the store’s daily activities to align with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines that simplify the shopping experience and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nurture feedback from all organizational levels to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for both customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs).

• 1‑year minimum of management experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience is a plus).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, effective communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Strong multitasking skills, ability to set priorities, and perform well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift for at least two consecutive hours, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder use.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
