Job OverviewMobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store, are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They excite customers about our products and services, thrive in high‑traffic environments, and build deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
- Consistently leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, recommending wireless solutions and demonstrating how to use the T‑Mobile app.
- Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and maintain knowledge of systems and reference resources. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and perform store operations, including opening, closing and safeguarding kiosk assets.
- Exhibit a customer‑obsessed attitude—friendly, engaging and building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. Proactively reach out to potential customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
- Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and servicing.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

No travel is required.
PayHourly base pay $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. After completion, they are promoted to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
