Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customers.
- Process freight and unload trucks.
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales floor replenishment standards.
- Maintain an organized stockroom.
- Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
- Checkout customers in store and process buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.
- Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect item.
Minimum Age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- A can‑do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
- Retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Ability to initiate a conversation.
Hourly pay range: $19.29–$19.79.
Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service.
All associates earn paid sick leave.
