Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The Key Holder will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver authentic and personalized customer service and to meet sales and service targets.
The role includes retail cash handling, start‑ and end‑of‑day reconciliations, and responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities• Provides outstanding coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
• Models the behaviors required to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Handles retail cash, performs start‑ and end‑of‑day reconciliations.
• Opens and closes the store according to the rota.
Qualifications- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Prior retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $24.00. The exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. The position also offers participation in a competitive bonus program.
