Overview
Lead, Sales (Key Holder) – Your key role is to inspire customers to design and enhance their homes by providing expert guidance and exceptional service. You will drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and support the management team in daily operations.

Responsibilities- Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
- Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back‑office procedures.
- Provide supervision to ensure the store meets financial goals and associates deliver World‑Class service to guests.
- Ensure the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back‑of‑house standards during on‑duty shifts.
- Act as the Selling Captain, modeling sales generation and customer service, prioritizing the customer experience.
- Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
- 1‑3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
- 1‑2 years experience in home‑related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred (specialty retail preferred but not required).
- Must be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Full‑time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Part‑time flex associates must be available for a minimum of two regularly scheduled weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday–Thursday). Availability cannot fall on the same day.
Compensation: $22.00‑$25.00 per hour.
