Schedule:

20 hours per week (Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm). Holiday Schedule includes additional shifts in November and December.

In this part‑time Sales Specialist position, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products and provide an interactive, informative shopping experience. You will be the source of knowledge for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, train retail associates on new AI apps and tools, and support a technology‑first environment.

• Showcase Meta gadgets and demonstrate how they enhance customers’ lives.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta displays.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically.
• Submit daily reports using mobile devices.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 or comparable OS.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and carry up to 20lbs.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Pay: $23.00 per hour.

Weekly pay plus weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs.

Next‑day on‑demand pay with Daily Pay.

Paid training completed online or tial mobile data plan reimbursement.

Time off is available.
