• Work independently in all appointment types creating an amazing experience for our customers.
• Apply training to ensure the best customer experience.
• Achieve a minimum 60% close ratio on average.
• Know all inventory in the store.
• Develop knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, designers, fit/alterations.
• Take accurate measurements of customers.
• Use the POS system and process accurate sales for each customer.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on all customer interactions.
• Follow up with each customer after purchase and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Answer the phone, book appointments in the POS system, and answer questions.
• Work behind the scenes in the stock room to get new inventory out on the floor and steamed.

Mimi's stylists follow a professional dress and appearance standard that includes business attire, natural hair colors, covered tattoos, and limited facial piercings (nostril piercings are permitted).

Hours of operation:
Tues & Thurs 11:00‑7:00, Wed & Fri 10:00‑5:30, Saturday 8:15‑5:30 (required), Sunday 10:00‑4:30 (rotating schedule). Schedule blackout dates from early Jan through April.

Base pay: hourly minimum wage based on retail experience. Sales bonuses and tip pool. Salary averaging $25‑60 per hour based on sales performance. Pay range: $19.29 – $75.00 per hour.
