Full Time position available. Availability:
Sunday through Thursday. Shift: Day Shift (10 am to 5 pm).

This position will process donated items into inventory to be sold in our stores and interact with customers while stocking the sales floor. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The role operates in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. Attention to detail and knowledge of higher‑end clothing brands is a plus.

Associate I, Retail Production primarily works in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor. This includes pricing and testing as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with organized, presentable product. The Associate may occasionally interact with customers and must provide excellent customer service.

The Associate may be assigned to various areas—hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes—per business needs. This position may occasionally involve donations.

• Meet or exceed minimum productivity standards and KPIs for assigned duties.
• Sort donated items by type, season, color, and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Inspect and test items that plug in or run on batteries.
• Make pricing decisions according to Goodwill standards (good, better, best) using research tools.
• Maintain organized, clean production and sales floor areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers.
• Rotate or pull unsold product to refresh selection.
• Process e‑commerce product as needed.
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety processes and continuous improvement standards.
• Cross‑train in other departments as required.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: One year of retail experience preferred.

• Attention to detail and decision‑making ability.
• Basic technology usage to follow company standards.
• Judgement in assessing product quality and price research.
• Color perception and product assessment skills.
• Effective communication with customers, managers, and peers.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.

This position is eligible for Daily Pay.
