The Part-time Sales Associate at TORY BURCH in Denver, CO is an on-site role responsible for delivering a high level of client service and representing the brand in the store. This role includes welcoming and engaging clients, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations to create a personalized shopping experience. The Sales Associate supports daily store operations by managing fitting rooms, maintaining visual standards, replenishing merchandise, processing transactions, and assisting with opening and closing procedures as needed.
The role also involves building client relationships, capturing client information, and contributing to sales goals through strong product knowledge and an understanding of current collections. Flexibility in working shifts, weekends, and holidays is required to support the needs of the store.
- Client service and sales skills, including strong interpersonal communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Retail operations capabilities, such as cash handling, POS systems, inventory support, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Brand and product knowledge, with the ability to learn key features, styling options, and collection details to inform clients.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, show reliability with scheduling, and adapt in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform on-site tasks as needed.
