What will you do?

As the DTC Merchandiser, you will assist the DTC Merchandising Manager in managing product forecasts and in season merchandising to achieve the financial goals of the Altra Ecommerce and Retail businesses. This role will oversee our retail planning and allocations as well as assist in day‑to‑day merchandising tasks for the US and Canada Ecommerce sites. This role is located in our Denver, CO headquarters.

This role will:

• Retail Stores-
• Own Forecasting and In-season operations for Canada region
• Website Merchandising for US and CAN regions
• External Vendor Project Management - Partner with external website vendors to improve customer experiences like shoe finder, onsite user generated content, product reviews and fit recommendations

What do you need to succeed?

• Passion for product and market trends to understand the why behind the what in sales trends
• Data driven mindset, balanced with common sense, intuition and a consumer led approach
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• You are results driven to support DTC’s ambitious growth targets
• Experience in consumer goods within the footwear or apparel industry a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, merchandising or marketing preferred
• 2+ years of merchandising or product buying experience
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Hiring Range:

$69,120.00 USD - $86,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential :
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, ororcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
