As a
Shift Leader at our

, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift. You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating relevant information, and coaching team members
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Desired

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
