Overview
Managing Partner, Transportation and Logistics Recruiter at Crabtree & Eller, LLC is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales and Marketing Representative to lead new business development, manage key accounts, and drive local marketing and community engagement in the Denver Metropolitan area. The role blends traditional sales, relationship management, and creative event and digital marketing (Company App) to build the company’s presence and revenue growth in the market.
The client is a recognized leader in Ground Transportation services, serving the local Denver Metro area with reliable, 24/7 transportation solutions.
- New Business Development: Proactively generate leads and secure new business through targeted sales calling, prospecting, and networking. Develop, retain, and expand the customer base with customized, cost-effective solutions. Analyze market opportunities and qualify prospects to ensure strategic alignment. Price, prepare, and present tailored proposals that create value and drive client profitability.
- Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s business and designing service plans that exceed expectations. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand accounts with additional services. Provide ongoing client support and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting to deliver on commitments and ensure accurate billing.
- Field Marketing & Community Engagement: Market and promote services, including launching and driving adoption of the in-house Transportation App. Build awareness through strategic marketing campaigns, social media, and local events. Organize and manage event activations; recruit and deploy brand ambassadors at major events. Partner with convention centers, festivals, hotels, airports, and other high-traffic venues for on-site presence and visibility. Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to position the brand competitively.
- Additional Responsibilities: Leverage digital marketing to increase awareness and engagement. Collaborate on social media strategies to strengthen the digital footprint. Serve as a visible brand ambassador at local events and community activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
- 1–2 years of proven success in marketing, sales, hospitality, or fundraising, with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute local marketing events and community outreach.
- Social media savvy; experienced in promoting digital campaigns.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and client-focused, with strong business acumen and an engaging personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Base salary: $50,000.00–$60,000.00 per year, plus bonus opportunities, full benefits, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and professional development.
