THE JOB
Commercial Sales Project Manager - Denver, CO
As a Sales Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing projects from initiation to completion while achieving sales goals. This autonomous role involves outside sales for commercial roofing, planning territory strategies, and leveraging your network to build a strong pipeline. You'll work collaboratively with a production superintendent and other team members, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Key activities include:
- Generating and closing leads.
- Managing project timelines and ensuring smooth operations.
- Engaging in weekly accountability meetings to maintain quality control.
- Achieving a first-year sales target of $1 million.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing prefferd
- Proven expertise in commercial roofing including estimating and on-site work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ethical integrity, and a positive outlook.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and physical ability to climb roofs.
- Preferred experience includes roles such as Project Manager, Sales Manager, or similar, particularly with a focus on roofing or construction.
- 85k base plus 10% commission on profits.
- Total first-year on-target earnings (OTE): $150k-300k+
- Flexibility to work remotely with access to a co-working space in Denver.
