Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000-$52,000 base ($55k-$65k OTE)

Aim Hire is partnering with a growing leader in the janitorial and commercial cleaning industry to hirea Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Denver, CO. This is a high-impact role focused on outbound sales and lead generation to support the Outside Sales team. If you’re a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for proactive outreach, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 200+ outbound activities per day, including calls, emails, direct mail, and social media outreach
  • Identify and engage prospects in various industries (office, medical, education, fitness, food service, and more)
  • Build and manage targeted cold and follow-up email campaigns as well as direct mail initiatives
  • Leverage sales intelligence platforms like Zoom Info, Spotio, Motion Ave, Master view, and Road Warrior for pipeline development
  • Re-engage existing customers for referrals and upsell opportunities
  • Qualify leads through needs assessments to determine service alignment
  • Book 2+ high-quality site visits per day for the Outside Sales team
  • Accurately log all outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies
  • Consistently grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline in the Denver market

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or appointment-setting experience (B2B or service-based industries preferred)
  • 5-panel drug screen
  • Proven track record of success with high-volume outreach and lead generation
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (Spotio, Zoom Info, Road Warrior, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or a similar field is a plus
