The RoleProspecting and qualification of franchise opportunities in AK, WA, OR, , MT, NV for the Registry Collection, Wyndham Grand, Dolce, Wyndham, Wyndham Garden, Water Walk, Trademark, TRYP and Ramada brands. Negotiation of deal terms and Property Improvement Plans. Execution of hotel franchise agreements. Relationship management and attendance at industry events. Submittal of forecasts and general reporting.
What You’ll Do- Prospecting and qualifying deals
- Networking/industry event attendance
- Negotiate terms and execution of contracts
- Manage relationships
- Forecasting/reporting
- Assist other members of development team on special projects
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, debt and equity activities, providers and other hospitality trends in the US and Canada
- Extensive sales experience
- Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects
- New Construction Development Knowledge
- A desire to travel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years experience in business/relationship development
- Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota
- Required to travel approximately 80% of the time, travel focused on lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S.

Employment Status:

For U.S. based positions, the expected pay range is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Eligible for incentive payment under the Franchised Development US Incentive Plan. Benefits include:
