We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, perfect for someone who is hungry for success, self-sufficient, and ready to take on new challenges. While prior brokerage experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who have the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Meetings: Meet with clients, including both buyers and sellers, to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the business buying or selling process.
- Business Valuations: Conduct thorough business valuations to help clients determine the fair market value of their businesses.
- Marketing Materials: Create and package professional marketing materials to effectively showcase businesses for sale.
- Negotiation: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a network of potential buyers and sellers.
- Client Representation: Represent clients with the highest level of integrity, ensuring that their best interests are always the top priority.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other brokers and team members when needed, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. - Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs and acting in their best interest.
- Must possess or be able to obtain an active Colorado Real Estate license within three months of hire.
- Strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparency.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a drive to achieve.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism and a client-first attitude.
- Preferably, experience in business brokerage or a related field, but not required.
- Familiarity with the Colorado business market is a plus.
