This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, based in Denver, CO and/or Albuquerque, NM. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the commercial roofing and building envelope industry. Day-to-day activities will include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and collaborating with vendor partners.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the products BETA represents to provide expert advice to clients.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client presentations, and negotiation
- Strong knowledge or experience in commercial roofing systems, waterproofing, insulation, and related construction products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and consultants
- Experience in researching industry trends and tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with key manufacturers and products represented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to track and report sales activities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (or relevant work experience)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events
- Experience in the commercial building envelope industry is preferred
