We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Account Manager for our Security Solutions department in the Construction industry. If you are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sales background, and expertise in security systems, we want to hear from you! This role will allow you to showcase your engineering knowledge, technical sales skills, and business development prowess to drive our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Utilizing your technical knowledge to provide comprehensive security solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in security systems and using this knowledge to improve our offerings.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure our security solutions are technically sound and meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Conducting regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our security solutions.
  • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on security systems in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge in security systems and engineering principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency in access control systems and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
