We are a specialized agency dedicated to providing high-touch support and expert guidance across the full spectrum of Colorado health insurance products.
The Role:
Comprehensive Coverage Solutions
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire policy lifecycle—from the initial sale to annual renewals and daily support.
- Diverse Portfolio: Work across a wide variety of policy types including Individual, Family, Medicare, Small Group, and ICHRA
. - Sales & Renewals: Assist clients in identifying the best plans for their needs and ensuring a seamless renewal process each year.
- Client Advocacy: Provide ongoing support to resolve coverage questions and ensure clients are maximizing their benefits.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with our local SE Denver team to maintain high service standards. - Data Management: Utilize agency computer systems to maintain accurate client documentation and follow-through.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Essentials: You MUST HAVE an active Life and Health License
. - Regional Expertise: Prior experience selling Individual, Family, and Medicare policies is required.
- Problem-Solving
Skills:
Strong computer proficiency and a "get it done" attitude with consistent follow-through on client needs. - Local Presence: Ability to work on-site at our SE Denver office for approximately 40 hours per week.
- ICHRA Knowledge: Familiarity with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) is a significant advantage.
