Job DescriptionThe Insurance Account Manager will support and expand an assigned portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional service and guidance. This role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and working collaboratively with teammates to ensure consistent coverage and support.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital messaging
- Process policy updates, changes, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with current clients to promote retention and satisfaction
- Prepare and review insurance quotes for both new and existing accounts
- Support clients through the renewal process and coverage reviews
- Identify opportunities for account growth and client referrals
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the agency management system
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Fully in-office Monday-Friday
