The Insurance Account Manager will support and expand an assigned portfolio of clients by delivering exceptional service and guidance. This role focuses on maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and working collaboratively with teammates to ensure consistent coverage and support.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital messaging
• Process policy updates, changes, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Build strong relationships with current clients to promote retention and satisfaction
• Prepare and review insurance quotes for both new and existing accounts
• Support clients through the renewal process and coverage reviews
• Identify opportunities for account growth and client referrals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the agency management system
• Provide backup support to team members as needed

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance service
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Fully in-office Monday-Friday
• Contract-to-hire
