Co-Founder Industry

Tectus is building a modern platform for physical security services, designed to raise the standard for how security guarding services are sourced, managed, and delivered.

We are seeking a co-founder to join Tectus at an early stage. This is not an advisory role, contract position, or side project. This role requires full-time commitment and a strong belief in the long‑term vision of the company.

As a Co‑Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to help shape strategy, drive industry adoption, and build a scalable business. This role is best suited for someone with deep industry knowledge who wants meaningful ownership and long‑term impact.

• Significant experience in the security guarding industry (sales or business development strongly preferred)
• Proven business leadership or operator experience
• Comfortable operating in an early‑stage company with evolving processes
• Ability to commit full‑time
• Strong understanding of technology‑enabled platforms (technical background not required)
• High ethical standards, ownership mindset, and long‑term orientation

• Support go‑to‑market strategy and industry partnerships
• Contribute to sales strategy and client/vendor growth
• Provide industry‑informed input on product direction
• Help establish standards and processes that elevate the industry

This role is equity‑only at this stage. There is no initial cash compensation.

Equity structure will be determined based on experience, contribution, and alignment.
