Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Manager (“TSM”) is responsible for driving success with each of their accounts, growing their account list through effective prospecting, and successfully enacting company initiatives throughout their territory.
Role Responsibilities:- Drive growth within the TSM’s account base
- Contribute to the successful achievement of team sales goals and KPIs
- Spearhead training, education, and support of accounts as necessary
- Partner with accounts to understand their business needs and drive success at each of their stores
- Prospect target accounts to grow the company’s account list in the TSM’s territory
- Ensure timely and accurate account record keeping across CRM and sales interfaces
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day, ready to contribute to a culture of teamwork and success while personifying our brand ideals as a representative of the Company in the market
- Previous sales experience a must; cannabis industry experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for the cannabis industry and understanding of key customer and market dynamics
- Strong organization and time management while multitasking
- Strong base salary and commission, as well as opportunity for quarterly and annual bonuses based on personal and sales team performance
