What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to better meet customer needs
  • Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product‑specific area
  • Proficiency with the Service Now platform or expertise in cloud software solutions
  • Experience in collaborating with product management, product marketing, and professional services
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance with sales counterparts
  • Ability to travel as necessary for business needs
