Enterprise Account Manager – Dealer Channel Sales / SaaS & Access Control Solutions (Multifamily Focus)
Overview -
We seek a results-oriented Enterprise Channel Account Manager with multifamily industry experience to drive revenue growth by expanding business with new and existing Dealer Resellers. As part of the Remote Lock sales team, you’ll engage partners to identify needs, present solutions, and deliver tailored access control offerings. This role requires a consultative, strategic approach and a proven record selling enterprise software.
Ideal candidates have strong multifamily sales backgrounds, technology enthusiasm, and demonstrated success scaling a reseller channel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for Dealer Resellers, from identifying new opportunities, expansion opportunities, and closing deals.
- Conduct in-depth partner analysis to identify high-potential expansion opportunities and develop targeted outreach plans to new and existing Dealer Resellers.
- Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with senior executives at Dealer Resellers, gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs and conducting re-occurring business reviews.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate the value Remote Lock offers, addressing client challenges, and showing clear ROI.
- Negotiate complex agreements, securing outcomes that benefit both Remote Lock and the Dealer Reseller.
- Sustain a healthy sales pipeline, regularly exceeding targets and driving revenue growth through the Dealer Reseller channel.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management using Salesforce.
- Report performance data and multifamily Dealer Reseller market trends to internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, support, and product to tailor solutions that meet Dealer Reseller needs.
- Identify feedback from the Dealer Reseller market to guide improvements to our products, go-to-market strategy, and partner programs.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology shifts, and market demands within the Dealer Reseller channel, with emphasis on the multifamily housing landscape.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS channel sales or working directly with security integrators and resellers in the multifamily vertical
- 10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in SaaS, access control, smart home, or building automation industries.
- A high achiever with a track record of consistently ranking in the top 10-20% in prior roles.
- Skilled at building enduring relationships with decision-makers at enterprise levels, especially within the U.S. Dealer Reseller markets (Required).
- Well-versed in the U.S. Multifamily markets, familiar with its challenges and experience selling innovative access control software solutions.
- Experienced in navigating complex sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder negotiations, and closing significant contracts.
- Strategic and organized in developing and executing sales plans, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- A strong communicator who excels at delivering presentations that align with client needs and emphasizes Remote Lock’s unique benefits.
- Highly skilled with for managing communications, tracking opportunities, and ensuring pipeline transparency.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and entrepreneurial approach.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and working well with others
Salary Base $80-100k Base, OTE $160k
