We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue, expand strategic accounts, and help scale our go-to-market efforts across the Denver region.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Understands consultative selling of technical solutions
  • Is tired of rigid corporate sales structures and wants ownership and autonomy

You will work directly with executive leadership and technical teams to win and grow accounts across multiple verticals. The technologies we implement incude;

  • Access Control Systems
  • Structured Cabling & Network Infrastructure
  • Integrated, multi-system security and building technology solutions
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Greater Denver region
  • Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct discovery meetings and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with technicians and operations teams to scope and price solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships—not one-off transactions
  • Represent First Key at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Track activity and forecast performance using CRM and reporting tools
What we're looking for;

Required
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling technology, security, AV, or low-voltage solutions

    Proven ab
  • ility to sell complex, consultative solutions
  • Strong local cal knowledge of the Denver / Front Range market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously
Preferred
  • Experience selling to commercial real estate, healthcare, education, cannabis, industrial, government, enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with access control, video surveillance, or integrated security platforms
  • Existing regional relationships or book of business
