As an Outside Sales Representative
, you’ll focus on larger, more complex deals and relationship‑driven selling to the construction industry focusing on mid‑market opportunities. This role is ideal for an experienced field seller who enjoys representing a product in person, building trust over time, and navigating multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.

This is a remote role that requires residency in Colorado.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for mid‑market sized construction companies
• Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events
• Represent Finvari at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings nationwide
• Run discovery, demos, and negotiations with senior stakeholders
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)
• Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota‑carrying experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
• Strong preference to candidates with working knowledge of ERPs, commercial card/payment solutions or construction accounting processes
• Strong presentation, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes with a consultative selling mindset
• Ability to travel regularly within territory for face‑to‑face selling
• CRM proficiency (Hub Spot preferred)
• Thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000 with unlimited commission potential.
