Arrow Electronics currently has an exciting opportunity for an Account Development Representative in our Denver Office! Arrow is globally headquartered in Denver, CO, with over $20,000 employees worldwide. We serve as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and commercial customers through a global network.
PositionAccount Development Representative
Responsibilities & What You’ll Be Doing- Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and rebuilding of underpenetrated and neglected relationships. Responsible for both building and maintaining influential customer and supplier business relationships.
- Act strategically to identify and target emerging areas for high growth, profit, and differentiation (e.g., fast-growing, small to mid-size businesses) through knowledge of the market, territory, and relationships with suppliers and customers. Identify issues related to emerging customer and market needs and generate leads and follow‑ups obtained through suppliers and Arrow internal sources. Prioritize high‑return opportunities to solve customer problems and create demand for Arrow’s full range of solutions, products, and services.
- Generate sales by creating new opportunities and product selection within their territory using a solid understanding of all Arrow solutions and matching those solutions to customer business needs. Grow profits and maximize margins by solving the customer’s business problems with value‑added Arrow solutions. Coordinate global transactions locally and across regions to maximize business capture rates. Develop strategic customer sales/marketing plans.
- Build and maintain influential customer and supplier business relationships by staying abreast of current and future industry and competitor products, trends, technology, and information. Build relationships with decision‑making management and C‑level/executive level to proactively forecast future demands and provide solutions.
- Base pay of $60,000 with an OTE target of $120,000 (50/50 split).
- This position will provide our account managers with an opportunity to work for a core electronics components business.
- This position is not a remote position; it requires presence in the office four days per week.

- Strong time‑management, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to sell, negotiate, persuade, and influence.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Proven business development and ability to originate new business, converting a lead into a qualified prospect.
Hybrid schedule: four days in our office and one day per week remote (Monday’s).

Annual hiring range: $71,500.00 – $. Actual compensation offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
