Action: SDR​/Gross sales Consultant – SaaS

The aim of a Gross sales Growth Consultant is to develop the Actionstep buyer base and meet SDR targets by means of profitable gross sales supply of the Actionstep worth proposition and to generate new buyer alternatives by means of analysis and efficient supply of focused outbound exercise. Success of the Gross sales Growth Consultant will likely be measured primarily by income related to follow-up conferences scheduled.

Secondary measures of success will embody certified lead technology and supply of outbound gross sales exercise.

On this position, you’ll…

• Meet and exceed particular person month-to-month and annual targets with the view to construct the Actionstep buyer login numbers and contribute to whole enterprise KPI’s.
• Prospect and develop relationships in key buyer teams and areas to generate gross sales alternatives and develop the shopper base.
• Actively leverage Actionstep gross sales instruments, programs and course of (i.e. Salesforce, Linked In Navigator, 6
  
  Sense) to determine, file/monitor, join and qualify potential clients.

• 1-2 years gross sales improvement expertise with monitor file of exceeding lead targets.
• Robust communication expertise by way of telephone and electronic mail.
• Confirmed, inventive problem-solving strategy and powerful analytical expertise.
• Robust want and skill to maneuver up inside a gross sales group.
• Authorized Tech business expertise.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
