We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a regional book of business, drive retention and expansion, and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

- Sell and expand usage of:
- Takeoff Reports

- SaaS Solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering ROI and real business impact
- Own CRM activity, account handoffs, and monthly membership closes
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Service to deliver a standout customer experience
- Track and report KPIs: activity, retention, expansion, and forecasts
- Maintain strong daily activity:
- 70+ outbound calls
- Daily follow-ups
- 30–50 emails
- 1–3 product demos
- 7–10 years in account management or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven success growing and retaining a recurring revenue book
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, disruptive tech environment
- Hungry to advance into senior leadership roles within 1–2 years
- $60,000–$80,000 OTE (DOE) + performance bonuses
