What You’ll Do- Drive new revenue through high-volume outbound sales
- Run discovery calls, demos, and close deals daily
- Sell SaaS subscriptions, memberships, and takeoff solutions
- Build a strong pipeline and manage it in CRM
- Sell value, ROI, and real business outcomes
- Partner with leadership on larger opportunities
- 7–10 years of inside SaaS sales experience
- Consistent top performer who knows how to close
- Hunter mentality with elite work ethic
- Competitive, coachable, and accountable
- Comfortable with daily activity:
- ~70 outbound calls/day
- 30–50 emails/follow-ups
- 3–4 demos per day
- $80,000 to $95,000+ OTE @ Year 1 (Base + Commission)
- Unlimited, uncapped commissions
- Monthly activity and performance bonuses
