Territory: The territory covers the entire state of Colorado.

What

You Will Do
  • Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and health care professionals, establish product sales, and perform total territory account management.
  • Provide account management support to accounts within a specific geography in the designated marketplace with a focus on issues specific to designated accounts; act as central account manager and coordinate relevant field teams to address account needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by sales and business unit leadership.
  • Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair and ethical manner in line with industry-specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members.
  • Develop strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and goals and communicating those to other team members.
  • Meet or exceed corporate sales goals; communicate territory activity accurately and timely as directed by management.
  • Drive product demand among targets through education on disease state and product information.
  • Provide feedback to sales and business unit leadership, colleagues, and other internal departments about the changing environment and results.
  • Adhere to the company’s compliance policies and guidelines, including the PhRMA code.
  • Collaborate with patient services and market access teams to achieve overall business goals; coordinate between accounts and Horizon field teams to support full range of account needs.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options.
  • Attend medical congresses and society meetings as needed.
  • Manage efforts within assigned promotional and operational budget.
  • Maximize the use of approved resources to achieve territory and account level goals.
  • Complete all required company training classes and administrative duties accurately and timely.
  • Contribute as a member of a high-performance team and perform other tasks as requested by the Company.
What We Expect Of You

Basic Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience
  • Or Master’s degree with 6 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience
  • Or Associate degree with 10 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Buy-and-bill experience with documented success and/or biologic/infusion experience strongly preferred
  • Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and/or rare/specialty disease states preferred
  • Site of care and reimbursement experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks preferred
  • Pharma account management selling experience essential; ability to coordinate across field teams to address full range of account needs
  • Approximately 80% travel (may vary by territory), including some overnight and weekend commitments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, proactive demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
