9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Early start = Early leave!)

Are you a licensed Health Insurance professional who takes pride in helping families and businesses navigate the complex world of coverage? Join our tight-knit team of 7 in SE Denver. We are a specialized agency dedicated to providing high-touch support and expert guidance across the full spectrum of Colorado health insurance products.

The Role:
Comprehensive Coverage Solutions

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire policy lifecycle—from the initial sale to annual renewals and daily support.

  • Diverse Portfolio: Work across a wide variety of policy types including Individual, Family, Medicare, Small Group, and ICHRA
    .
  • Sales & Renewals: Assist clients in identifying the best plans for their needs and ensuring a seamless renewal process each year.
  • Client Advocacy: Provide ongoing support to resolve coverage questions and ensure clients are maximizing their benefits.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with our local SE Denver team to maintain high service standards.
  • Data Management: Utilize agency computer systems to maintain accurate client documentation and follow-through.

What You Bring to the Team

  • The Essentials: You MUST HAVE an active Life and Health License
    .
  • Regional Expertise: Prior experience selling Individual, Family, and Medicare policies is required.
  • Problem-Solving

    Skills:

    Strong computer proficiency and a "get it done" attitude with consistent follow-through on client needs.
  • Local Presence: Ability to work on-site at our SE Denver office for approximately 40 hours per week.
  • ICHRA Knowledge: Familiarity with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) is a significant advantage.
