The Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC) is looking for a dynamic person for the role of membership coordinator. This role will be required to drive both membership engagement, utilization of our programs, attendance of events, in addition to all administrative tasks dealing with membership. The ideal candidate will need to organize and manage all prospective members and coordinate outreach and create a marketing plan to grow engagement and attendance.

The ideal candidate for this role must be willing to handle multiple functions including administrative work for all functions that role supports.

Responsibilities
  • Increase engagement
  • Coordinate and process membership renewals.
  • Assist with marketing of all programs.
  • Utilize association management system to organize all members/ prospects.
  • Attend events throughout the year.
  • Work with marketing team to create and build membership campaigns/ drives.
  • Manage and clean up all data within the organization.
  • Support the education, events, and market access teams in all administrative functions.

Salary Range $47,
