As a Personal Lines Producer, you will have the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and client relationship skills to drive growth and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a specific niche or niches within personal lines insurance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Consistently set and exceed established sales quotas to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospect potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend effective coverage solutions.
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes and productivity.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven ability to generate and cultivate new sales leads.
  • Strong communication skills with an understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience managing a personal lines book of business.
  • Demonstrated success in setting and achieving ambitious revenue goals (e.g., $50k-$100k/year).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Current book of business that you own.
  • Desire and capability to grow a book to $500k in revenue.
  • Experience in developing specific niches within personal lines insurance.
  • Resourceful and efficient in budget allocation to support sales outcomes.
