The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Industrial Conveyors, Parts & Belts.
Responsibilities- Must be a self-starter and require little to no management
- Have a 3-year track record of hitting or exceeding your sales quota
- Cold call and drive net new business
- Develop and incorporate unique sales strategies to engage customers
- Build and maintain a multi-level contact process for C-Level executives
- Build long-term relationships with waste and recycling brokers
- Call on new dealers that fit our ideal customer profile
- Deliver top-notch customer service
- Handle field measurements for replacement belts, parts, full systems, or conveyor replacements
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical coverage for projects
- Develop relationships with industry leaders
- Present complex projects to executive groups and close opportunities (may exceed 1MM)
- Navigate and resolve complex customer issues with a positive approach
Sales Responsibilities:
Cold call, develop new customer base, use internal CRM, travel 25%+. Meet or exceed territory quotes (Net New Business).
