Gurtler Industries is hiring a hands-on Territory Sales & Service Representative to support commercial laundry operations within an established territory.

This is not a pharmaceutical sales job.

This is not a suit-and-tie role.

This is a field-based, get-your-hands-dirty position.

Approximately 80% of your time will be spent onsite at commercial facilities servicing automated chemical dispensing systems, troubleshooting equipment, training staff, and improving operational performance.

• Working onsite at commercial laundry facilities
• Servicing and maintaining automated dispensing systems
• Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues
• Training customer teams
• Managing a regional schedule independently
• Growing accounts through service excellence and relationship building

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Comfort working independently in the field
• A service-first, relationship-focused mindset
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills

• Commercial laundry or warewashing
• Chemical service or technical support
• HVAC or mechanical service
• Plant or production environments
• Route-based commercial service roles
