Health & Benefits Sales Professional – Mid-Market Accounts | Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professional to join our mid-market sales team. In this hybrid role, you will drive revenue by managing a large book of business, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering innovative employee benefits solutions for companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a large mid-market book of business through consultative, broker-style sales.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including pricing negotiations and proposal presentations.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
- Develop innovative solutions for employee benefits, health plans, financial security, and career development.
- Research market trends, identify new accounts, and expand existing client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations to expand your network.
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5+ years of health and benefits sales experience targeting companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing complex mid-market accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in broker-style, solution-based sales.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
- Reside within commuting distance of Denver office; ALASKA & HAWAII excluded.
- Life & Health License
- Experience with employee benefits consulting products and services
