The Business Development Manager will drive market growth/referrals throughout the Greater Denver area. This lead role includes hiring, training, and mentoring new sales reps, developing KPIs, and implementing sales strategies to drive brand visibility and growth.

• Drive market growth and referrals in the Greater Denver area
• Hire, train, and mentor new sales representatives
• Develop KPIs and implement sales strategies
• Manage brand visibility and growth initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 or more years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in occupational medicine, occupational health, worker's comp, or physical therapy
• Experience in B2B sales
• Highly motivated sales professional who constantly seeks new leads and drives revenue
• Experience with Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills
