Job Description
Our Agency is looking to recruit and train additional B2B Sales Professionals due to significant growth. There are open positions for B2B Sales Professionals as well as opportunities for the right candidate to fast-track into a sales leadership role.
Purpose Driven Financial represents Family Heritage, and offers their supplemental benefit programs to both small businesses and their employees and individuals. The highlight of these policies is a built-in Return of Premium Benefit, where individuals have the potential to get back all of their unused premiums (minus claims) subject to terms and conditions of the policy.
As an outside sales and business-to-business sales role you will be able to enjoy the personal interaction and flexibility that most people are looking for right now.

Expectations & Responsibilities- Being open to coaching and mentoring within our structured and on-going training program
- Daily in-person sales calls using a mobile database of prospects
- Follow proprietary sales system for prospecting and presentations
- Make sales presentations to groups as well as individuals
- Clearly, effectively explain the details and benefits of plans to clients
- Maintain current client relationships and execute re-service strategies

- Previous experience in sales or related field welcomed but not necessary
