Scope:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. This position is located at 10570 Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Enter and maintain customer sales orders. Identify any differences in customer PO with that of customer contract. Negotiate and resolve identified differences with customer. Ensure correctness of sales order entry. Coordinate customer demand with Operations team as needed to obtain and maintain ability to deliver.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, material, availability, order status and shipment tracking, etc.
* Achieve assigned sales goals within assigned time frame and within assigned pricing parameters.
* Assist in the management of customer accounts by reporting on customer lead time variances, ordering history and trends, delivery performance, and customer pricing. Develop reports, documentation and analysis for use by TTM and customers as needed.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer ordering systems (inc. customer reports, lead time requirements, forecast tools, delivery performance metrics, etc.) through customer contact, visitations, use of customer web portals, etc.
* Assist customer account managers in the development of price quotations and annual contracts. Provide sales reports as required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to read and understand technical information.
Education and Experience:
Required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or equivalent related work experience.
Required Experience:
Two years related experience.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
