A fast-growing software company, headquartered in the UK and now expanding into the U.S. market, is looking for a driven and established Account Executive to join its team in Denver. Their innovative, cloud-based platform helps businesses simplify and take control of information security and risk. They're on a mission to make their space approachable, efficient, and people-focused — helping companies operate with confidence in a fast-changing landscape.
As the company establishes its presence in the U.S., this is a unique opportunity to be one of the first team members on the ground, working closely with the SVP of Sales to grow the North American footprint.
Key ResponsibilitiesTurn qualified leads into wins — working pre-qualified leads from the SDR and marketing team and converting them into high-value deals. Collaborate across teams, building strong connections with SDR, product, and commercial teams to develop aligned strategies and drive collective results. Leverage data to shape your sales approach, track your KPIs, and consistently exceed targets. Operate with initiative and independence while actively fostering teamwork toward shared goals.
Maintain a competitive drive to stay ahead of industry rivals, and build expert-level understanding of the market to position the solution effectively and bring genuine value to client conversations. Use your sales expertise to confidently meet and surpass annual targets.
- A proven track record of success in SaaS / tech sales
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications
- Experience with in the cyber security or related space preferred but not essential
- A consistent ability to meet and surpass sales targets, with a results-focused approach
- An analytical mindset, comfortable using data to track performance and optimise results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, working seamlessly alongside pre-sales, product, and customer success teams
- A proactive self-starter with high levels of autonomy and initiative
- Competitive, motivated, and driven by outstanding results
- A startup mindset — happy to roll up your sleeves and help build U.S. operations from the ground up
