Position Overview
Senior Sales Specialist – Emerging Business
Role SummaryPartner with account‑based regional account executives and channel partners to lead net new growth of construction products in manufacturing accounts. Translate customer challenges into technical solutions, applying industry knowledge, Autodesk tools, and strategic vision. Report to Senior Sales Manager. Full‑time hybrid/remote.
Responsibilities- Evaluate customer strategies and deliver expertise on how Autodesk offerings align to customer outcomes.
- Serve as the primary technology expert for the account teams, providing impactful expertise in technology, planning, and sales automation content curation.
- Build the technical business case for Autodesk solutions through discovery workshops and solution building with the customer.
- Position Autodesk technology as an enabler for driving outcomes, discover capability gaps, and collaborate with solution engineers.
- Develop and manage technical relationships, collaborating to provide relevant knowledge during sales engagements.
- Find and develop advocates within the account to build impact and success for Autodesk solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise to the customer and industry, differentiating Autodesk through vision to become a partner.
- Collaborate with channel partners or customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to executives.
- Understand and guide awareness of customer successes to realize return on investment and indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction or emerging business (AEO&M).
Primary compensation includes base salary plus commission target; in the U.S., the On‑Target Earnings range is $154,900 to $277,750. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
