This is a hybrid role in Denver where you will be expected to be based in the office 3 days a week.
The opportunityThis full‑cycle Account Executive position will drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and communicate how addresses their challenges and adds value and efficiency.
- Network and qualify potential customers and partnerships through outbound calls, emails, events, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions solve current challenges.
- Collaborate with Partnership teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Stay up‑to‑date with sales best practices and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proven experience in outbound sales in a SaaS or B2B industry.
- Mid‑Market Sales experience (30–60 day sales cycles) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
