Account Manager – Denver, CO (Field/Remote)

Join our Tools & Outdoor team as an Account Manager, responsible for field sales and partnership development within the Denver, CO territory.

The Job
  • Achieve top‑line sales targets by selling Premier tool brands such as DEWALT®, STANLEY®, and others to key distribution partners.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, providing marketing support, training, program selling, rebate tracking, contests, and flyer distribution.
  • Develop full‑year plans to grow the business by at least double figures, coordinating annual kick‑off meetings and mandatory quarterly updates.
  • Lead coordination and communication of marketing plans, user targets, and mutual objectives with MSA and distributor partners.
  • Attain expertise in channel‑specific pricing structures and programming.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3‑5 years of sales or marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven track record of results.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and physical ability to travel daily (≈50% local, 10% overnight).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Benefits & Compensation

Competitive salary with a total target cash compensation range of $84,000 – $135,200, inclusive of base salary and sales incentive plan.
