Position: Sales Executive - Broadridge Retirement and Workplace (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
  • Sales of Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions, including CIT solutions, to clients in the retirement and wealth industry.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients with the goal of a positive and productive long‑term relationship.
  • Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients.
  • Maintain account relationships, grow existing relationships, and cross‑sell additional services into account base.
  • Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with other Broadridge sales and account management teams.
  • Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management.
  • Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events.
  • Travel to prospect and client sites.
Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of experience in the retirement industry
  • Existing network of relationships in the retirement industry
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships
  • Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to effectively navigate complex organizations
  • Ability to handle multiple strategic client accounts
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with existing and prospective clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (
