We’re looking for a Junior Studio Partner (Sales Consultant / Sales Associate) for our Cherry Creek location. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who value performance-based growth, client relationships, and consistent advancement opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional client consultations and whitening experiences
• Master our structured sales process to close treatment plans, memberships, and product sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue, rebooks, and retail performance
• Maintain operational compliance and studio presentation standards
• Work closely with your Studio Partner to refine sales strategy and leadership skills

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience (fitness, med spa, leasing, aesthetics, solar, or automotive)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated mindset
• Availability for evenings and weekends

• Compensation: $50,000–$84,728 per year (base + tips + uncapped commission)
