Overview
Alepo builds digital and AI-powered software trusted by telecom operators and major brands worldwide. We're hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to win new business across Latin America from our Denver office — you'll build pipeline, run the cycle end to end, and close.
We hire for hunter mentality over pedigree. You don't need telecom experience, or experience in any specific industry. If you've built pipeline from scratch and closed real deals in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, or any complex B2B software, we want to talk.
Why it's a good seat: we hand you 50% of your pipeline through our SDR team (you self-source the other half), the product is proven and sells into a region hungry for it, OTE is uncapped, and benefits start day one.
The roleAccount Executive — LATAM (Enterprise Sales)
Denver, CO
· On-site · $170K–$220K OTE (50/50, uncapped)
- Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, solution, negotiate, close
- Self-source ~50% of your pipeline through outbound; the SDR team feeds the rest
- Land net-new logos across LATAM — service providers and enterprise accounts
- Close consultative deals (~$50K–$300K ARR) with senior decision-makers
- Keep clean forecasts and partner with pre-sales, product, and delivery on tailored proposals
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B closing (SaaS, software, or complex solution sales)
- A real track record of self-sourcing pipeline — you don t wait for leads handed to you
- Consistent quota attainment you can speak to with specifics
- You can walk through a deal you won in detail: stakeholders, objections, why you beat the competition
- Consultative, not transactional
- Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
- $170,000–$220,000 OTE
